The TCT route meanders through many enchanting landscapes, like this river in Armenia’s Gegham highlands . I was one of the first people to hike the TCT north-south route when it opened in 2023. Here you can read practical advice based on my experience.

The official TCT guide

Once you’re sure you want to trek the TCT, more detailed information is provided by the people who created it. In 2023, through-hikers who signed up on the TCT website were provided with access to a community, and a draft of a guidebook for the Armenia section. I don’t know yet what the resources will look like for the 2024 season, but I will update that here when I find out.
